Website maintenance and care plans
A care plan keeps a website working after launch: security updates, backups, fixes when something breaks and the small changes you ask for, with reply times written into the plan.
What you get

- A first reply within 48 working hours, 24 working hours or the same working day, by plan
What care costs
- Care plans: ₹1,000, ₹2,000 or ₹3,500 a month. Or a year paid upfront, ten months for twelve: from ₹10,000.
GST not applicable. Supplier is not registered under GST.
Care plan or monthly website plan?
A care plan looks after a website you own. The monthly website plan is something else: the website itself on a licence, with hosting and changes included, from ₹899/month + ₹2,999 one-time setup on a 12-month plan.
Who a care plan is for
Owners of a website we built, once the 30 days of free fixes that come with every launch are over. If someone else built your website, send us the address first: we look at it and tell you in writing whether we can take it on.
