A student comparing institutes checks three things on a phone: which course fits, when the next batch starts and what it costs. Parents look at the teachers and the results. If those answers sit in a PDF, or only on the banner outside your centre, they ask on WhatsApp, or they ask the institute down the road.

- Fees, refunds and disclosure. Every course's fee, the instalments, the refund policy, your tutors' qualifications, and how many students you coached and how many got through.
- Test series and exam dates. Your test series and the dates of the exams your students are preparing for.
- Hindi as well as English. One of our coaching designs is made for a Hindi-medium centre, and Growth includes a Hindi version of the site.

- Landing page, bought outright: From ₹8,000, one time. A single page built around what you offer, with an enquiry form that reaches your e-mail. Hosting is extra, bought in your own name.
- Website, bought outright: ₹12,000-₹25,000, one time. A fixed price in writing after one call, with a list of what is not included. You pay 50% to start and 50% at launch, and the code is yours on the final payment. Hosting is extra, bought in your own name.
GST not applicable. Supplier is not registered under GST. The price shown is the full amount you pay us, with no tax added. Your domain is extra: registered in your name and paid by you to the registrar, usually once a year.

What the 2024 guidelines ask a coaching website to show
The Ministry of Education's Guidelines for Registration and Regulation of Coaching Center, 2024, issued in January 2024 and sent to the states to adopt through their own laws, say a coaching centre should have a website with up-to-date details of its tutors' qualifications, courses, duration, hostel facilities if any, fees, exit and refund policy, how many students it coached and how many got admission to higher education. They also rule out misleading advertising about the quality of coaching or students' results.
In November 2024 the Central Consumer Protection Authority added guidelines on coaching advertisements, warning against false or unverified claims, guarantees and success rates. Our coaching templates have a place for each of these details, and the results page prints the course, the duration and whether it was paid beside every result.
How it works
- Tell us what you need. Message us on WhatsApp or call. Tell us what you do and whether you have a website now. If you do, we check it on a phone first and tell you what we found, free.
- Get it in writing. On a monthly plan: the plan in writing, with the buy-out price and what stopping early costs, before you pay the setup fee. For a website bought outright: a written scope, a list of what is not included and a fixed price.
- We build it, you check it. You send your text, photos, prices and timings. We build the site and you see it before anyone else does. A one-time website includes two rounds of changes at the design stage.
- It goes live on your domain. Your domain is registered in your name. On a monthly plan we host the site and make your changes every month. Bought outright, you approve the finished site on its preview link and pay the second 50%, then it goes live, the code and logins are handed to you, and any defect in our work is fixed free for the first 30 days.

Can students log in, pay fees online or see their attendance?
That is a portal rather than a website: student records, online fee payment with receipts, attendance and logins for each role, ₹40,000-₹85,000 one time, depending on which of these it needs. EduFlow, our own software for schools and coaching institutes, is in development.
Can you show our toppers and results?
Yes, your real ones. Beside each result the page shows the course, its duration and whether it was paid, and a student's name or photo appears only with consent. We do not write "100% selection" or any guarantee of marks or a rank: the 2024 guidelines rule that out, and it would not be true for anyone.
Will enquiries come to WhatsApp?
Yes. Every page has a WhatsApp button, and the demo class form opens WhatsApp with the student's details typed out to your number. The form comes with Growth, and can be part of a website bought outright.
Who updates new batches and fees?
On a monthly plan, we do: send the new batch or fee on WhatsApp, up to 2 changes a month on Starter and 5 on Growth. On a website bought outright, the scope can include an admin screen where your office changes them itself.
